Essential Oils, absolutes, concretes

From Field to Flacon

Cultivation

All our products are cultivated in our field as, Neroli, Geranium, Petitgrain Mandarine, Petitgrain Bigarade and Jasmin.

Distillation

We collect the flowers or the plants and we distil it by steam boiler with low pressure and we make sure of the quality of the essential oils.

Flacon (Packaging)

After finishing the distillation, our used flacon is conforming with the packaging and labelling regulations of the importing.

But how essential oils are produced? Once collected, the flowers (or other plants materials) are placed in a distillation tank, where the steam produced by a steam boiler will pass through the flowers, bringing with him the aromatic components previously trapped in the plant blossoms. Then, steam, enriched with aromatic components of the plants leave the distillation tank and go across a tubular coil, where the temperature is cooled down, allowing the steam condensation.

The water and the essential oils produced in this way, are gathered in a Florentine separator, where they physically separate, due to their different densities. The distillation process is extremely delicate: steam pressure, temperature and distillation time must be carefully balanced and well supervised to obtain high-quality essential oils.

We are specialised in the production of raw materials, like essential oils and absolutes, that are produced in our production site in Egypt. After many years of planting aromatic plants in our field, we took the benefit of cultivating our plants to produce our essential oils. We decided to use the new technology for the steaming process and we set up our factory with Germain materials.

We have our Company branch LISHA Trade in France, so, if you are interested to import our products yourself from our production site that will be fine, Meanwhile, we can do the important our self through our company LISHA Trade-in France.

All our essential oils are 100% pure and natural and 100% conform to the ISO standards. Our aim is, on the one hand, to ensure fair prices for farmers and, on the other hand, to guarantee the quality of our essential oils to our clients, who are seeking high-quality raw material for their fragrances, perfumes and cosmetics.

LISHA essential oils take care of evaluating the conformity of products to the The European market, by certifying the quality thanks to analysis carried out by independent laboratories in France.

Steam distillation process and the absolute extraction

Our future project

We are going so soon to move to a supercritical CO2 extraction in order to reduce the chemical process and stop using hexane for the production of our Jasmine for example, also, for the production of our essential oils.
